During a long search for the perfect space in Newtown Square we finally came across the Newtown Business Center. I reached out to their main office and they quickly connected me with Nicole who was excited to speak with me and get things moving as I made her aware we wanted to make things happen fast. She made herself immediately available to show the open spaces (only 2). One worked perfectly for us! Again the speed was impressive, within a day or two we had a lease and a game plan to fit out the space the way we wanted it and get us in to our new space in less than 45 days! The team worked hard and  fast to get things done for us even though we threw a few wrenches at them lol! Not only did they deliver our space the way we wanted it they did it early, I am so impressed and overjoyed with the outcome and how they made us feel from start to finish!

As a multi-site healthcare enterprise, we have been so impressed by the support from the team at NRCDelco. They have been a true partner - through the lease process and through construction. The best measure of their commitment was their advocacy, on our behalf, for a licensing issue with the State months after we occupied the space. I have been a tenant for National Realty Corp for a little less than a year. Throughout my limited time, National has supported the vision that the gym has for the community.
